1. Once a week or every other week cleanse hair with a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner.

2.Let conditioner sit for 15 minutes before rinsing.

3.Always use a paddle brush to detangle wet or dry hair.

4.To refresh curls spray hair with a water bottle/ moose.

5.Let hair air dry.

6.Always tie hair down with silk or satin head wrap.

7.Before applying heat (flat iron, curling iron, wand, etc.) , use a heat protector or serum.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a return policy on UNOPENED hair extensions within seven days of receiving your order. All returns must be in its original packaging and seals must remain intact.    

Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. Concerning hygiene, federal law and health regulations, we must adhere to these strict polices in order to ensure compliance.

COLORED HAIR SUCH AS OMBRE, DYED OR BLEACH HAIR CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!

Thank you for shopping with TouchedByTashaMac. All orders require 2-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Standard shipping: 2-3 business days after your order is shipped out

International shipping: 5-7 business days

Any order placed after 6pm (EST) we will start processing the following business day.
